Getting started

To get started with your course on DivFood Training

Get your username and password

If you do not know your username or password, contact the training department to receive new details.

Sign-in with your details

Click on the Log in button then use your username and password to sign in.

Open your course and start learning!

Open one of the courses assigned to you and start learning. Complete all the units and activities to finish the course!

Answers to your most frequently asked questions so that you can use DivFood Training like a pro!

There are currently not open sign-ups. If you need to complete a course on DivFood Training, please speak to the training department about creating an account for you.

You can login using your username and password by cliking on the Log in button in the top right corner, or visintg the login page at https://divfoodtraining.co.za/login.

If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the "Forgotten your username or password" link on the login page. Once there, follow the instructions to send an email with a password reset link to your email address.

At this time, courses are only available to Nampak DivFood staff. If you are from a different Nampak division and would like to copmlete a course, please contact the Nampak DivFood training department to see which courses can be made available to you.

DivFood Training courses are free of charge to all employees of Nampak DivFood.

Once you are logged in, you can find a list of courses on the course page.

Yes. Most courses include some form of assessment.

The assessment will differ per course. This can include quizzes completed continuously while doing the course, a summative assessment at the end of the courses, or even a practical task or assignment at the end of the course.

The course lengths will range between an hour and a week, with most courses requiring a day to complete.

No! The courses are designed so that they can be completed in short, 15 minute sessions. This allows you to continue the course whenever you have time!

Yes, your course and assessment progress is constantly being saved.

Every user on DivFood Training has a custom dashboard which shows their course progress. To view your progress, you can open your dashboard.

If you notice a mistake, please report it to the DivFood Training department. This allows us to improve the course for future learners.

Yes, to ensure that you have the newest courses available and that your assessments are submitted correctly, you need to be connected to the internet. However, most courses will include some offline learning materials that you can download and study without an active internet connection.
